SUMMARY:UW-Japan Engineering & Technology Forum
DESCRIPTION:The UW-Japan Engineering & Technology Forum will be hosted at the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery in Madison\, Wisconsin on Thursday\, October 23\, 2025\, with an additional half-day program available on the afternoon and evening of Wednesday\, October 22. \nThis forum is designed to bring together leaders from academia and industry to explore cutting-edge content in three key areas: \n\nQuantum & AI Technology\nAdvanced Manufacturing\nClean Energy\n\nParticipants from Japanese companies with operations in the Midwest and nationwide\, and US companies with connects to Japan will have the opportunity to engage directly with top faculty\, researchers\, and students from the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Engineering\, Department of Physics\, and School of Computer\, Data & Information Sciences. \nThe day will feature presentations\, tours of our research facilities\, networking opportunities\, and some classic Wisconsin fun.
