Professional Background

Megan Roundy is currently the VP of Finance and Accounting at Fujifilm Cellular Dynamics in Madison, WI since April 2026. She has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience across public and privately held companies including Wall Family Enterprise, GE Healthcare, Promega and Thermo Fisher. In her latest role as Chief Financial Officer at Wall Family Enterprise, she was responsible for building a high performing finance team, strategic planning, consolidation, financial reporting, financial systems, internal controls, accounting policy development, audit, tax, risk management and budgeting.

Education

Megan is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from UW La Crosse.

Connection to the JASWI Mission

Megan’s latest role at Fujifilm has provided exposure to Japanese run business and culture. She is excited to learn more and help connecting Japan in Wisconsin and Wisconsin in Japan through JASWI.

Personal Interests

Outside the office, Megan enjoys golfing, spending time at their lake house and snowmobiling. She lives in Waunakee, WI with her husband, John, and their two children Owen and Kaitlyn.
