Kikkoman Cookout Summer Festival

Join us at Rotary Waterfront Park in Jefferson for a free, family-friendly celebration of Japanese culture, food, and music. Enjoy live cultural performances, delicious cuisine and traditional Japanese festival activities for all ages at the 2026 Kikkoman Cookout.

Unique Cultural Experiences
- Live Music: Experience the powerful rhythms of Taiko drum performances and the delicate, traditional melodies of Koto string music.
- Hands-On Activities: Fun for all ages including Watermelon Smash (Suikawari), Origami Folding (Fuurin Origami), Water Balloon Fishing (Yo-Yo Tsuri), and a Kimono Photo Booth.
- Food & Drink: Enjoy local food trucks including Kona Ice, and a beverage selection featuring Asahi beer and non alcoholic drinks.
- Chef Sampling Ticket: For $10, guests can purchase a Chef Sampling Ticket* and enjoy 10 unique food samplings from 10 local chefs, featuring creative dishes made with a variety of Kikkoman sauces.

- Community Support: Guests are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to donate to the Jefferson Food Pantry.
